yeah the achievement page should say what the requirements are for both of those achievements now
elastigirl requires your base stomach capacity to be 3.0L
that's no moon requires total volume (including everything) to be 27.0L or more
the game is always checking the requirements for these achievements so they should not be missable even if something went wrong when you achieved the conditions the first time
