It’s normal behavior, especially for the Cowgirl position.
When the MC is reaching climax, the game intentionally prevents pulling out if you are too deep; this is not a bug or issue.
If you’re having trouble moving the mouse far enough or fast enough, you can adjust the mouse sensitivity in the settings.
Increasing it should make the movement easier and more responsive during those scenes.
