Yeah, thats not very helpful... Blues already down, no? Well compared to anything else in initial state, I mean... Or they should be down when puzzle in the specific position, I am so confused and every time like 2-4 moves off..
Basically once you've figured out which side you're supposed to start on, make sure the blue one goes down and the green one goes up. After that it's just a matter of eliminating the gems in the right order so you don't need extra moves.
Did you tamper with the save file at all? As long as you have the correct words in the save file (someone already posted it below) there's no reason for it not to show up that I can think of.
