By the way, I've decided to break into Maeve's Academy for the nostalgia. And I found out that in 0.2.2 (around the time I already liked her, but I hadn't been to the fanat yet.) Jade's favorite dish is "pierogi", which means pies in Russian, but in English, as I understand it, dumplings.
However, I have to admit to you, I'm not as much of a fan of the Maeve Academy as I used to be. And all because of an incredibly unpleasant series of events:
When I started to get really into it, I almost immediately ran to the Hatchet discord server, but on the same day that I joined, Dvach (a Russian forchan, but without political criminals) ran there and started spamming blackmail, and as a result, Hatchet banned all the Russians who joined that day, and I got caught up in the heat. It was sad, but I managed to meet a couple of people from there, and we started to correspond.
When I wanted to discuss the Maeve Academy somewhere else, I found out that the comments on itch had been closed a couple of days earlier.
After a while, I wanted to support Hatchet financially, so I went to Patreon and subscribed for \$5. However, two weeks later, Patreon banned Russian users from using its services and canceled my subscription. For over a year, I only used my MA public account.
It's been relatively recently, since about August 2025, that I've been regularly using subscribestar's services, and it seemed like I'd found happiness. However, in January 2026, it simply stopped working.
Of course, there are now comments in itch, and the cartridge is available through third-party programs. However, I still "don't trust anyone and don't expect anything."
