It all seems fair to me and I will bear it in mind for a revised version. The missing archetypes in particular is a thorny issue. I have to admit I almost never watch TV (lack of time and concentration), so those examples are also new to me. It's another good area to explore, so thank you.
You're quite right that I did not release the finalised files! I've now done this. Since I've switched software, double-checking turned into making minor revisions as part of fixing things that broke in migration.
