Are you on Windows or Linux? Did you get an error message when you tried launching? Did anything pop-up from the program or from your computer itself?
Are you launching through Itch.io’s launcher itself or through the zipped folder? If it’s the former, you might have to go into your files where Itch stores the game and launch the .exe (Windows) or the .sh (Linux) manually.
If you can access the “log.txt” file within the game’s folder and paste the information in a reply, that would be possibly helpful!
Afterwards, you can try deleting the zip file and re-downloading it from the page.

My game is window through the zipped folder when i try open it didn't show anything no error or log.txt
but when I try to open the game inside zip folder without extract zip the game work
it only happened when I extract the zip folder that didn't show anything nothing happened

Oh, perhaps it has to do with the way the zipped folder is extracted? You might have to try a different program like WinRAR and maybe that will extract the zipped folder with the game inside.
