In the Mac version, there is a strange issue with the dialogue boxes. For some reason, it does not show any vowels at all. It shows consonants perfectly  fine, but there are no vowels, leading it to be unreadable. Can someone tell me why or how to fix it? Thanks.

Hm... I have no experience with Macs, but I can't imagine why this would be unless you have an issue with fonts. I have heard of people having issues typing vowels on Mac, which was sometimes fixed by resetting their Font Book. This isn't the same issue, but it does suggest the Macs for whatever reason separate vowels and consonants in their font interpretation software.
