damn... i feel bad for u that u took ur time drawing stuff for two teams just for them to reject u... personally, i dont work in a team because of my schedule and i just dont want other people to tell me what to do when i dont even know them at all
I don't think it's straight "tell you what to do", it's just they do what they know most often, There is rarely a plan, but it is not a fact that all can works
