I might have found a bug. After i updated to the most recent version for whatever reason the cards are not working. I have tried to unequip and reequip the cards and equip different cards but nothing seems to make the effects activate.
I'm sorry for the late reply. This is indeed a glitch and will be fixed in an upcoming update.
