Ember Rite is a precision platformer currently in development using Godot 4.6 for PC.
You play as a small coal golem whose purpose is to restore the thermal balance of a fractured world. Absorb heat to survive frozen areas. Release it to reshape the environment. Every movement matters.
Inspired by Celeste, the game focuses on:

Tight, responsive movement (8-direction dash, wall jump, variable jump)

A core heat management mechanic that drives gameplay decisions

Minimalist environmental storytelling

Pixel art enhanced by dynamic lighting (the protagonist acts as a moving light source)

🌎 Language
We are Spanish speakers (native), but we can communicate in English as well.
Spanish speakers are very welcome, and English speakers are too — language will not be a barrier as long as communication is clear and collaborative.
