Yes, happened to me. I saw it on to-do list but it was gone the next days following. I never knew what to do with that quest nor do I remember what it said
Do you have a save before this happened by chance? If not, could you drop your current save?
You can use any file sharing site of your choosing, just make sure the link isn't private!
I'll have a look and see what happened if I can.
Unfortunately, no.. I realized it too late, I even looked on auto saves and it's already past that point already :(
