well now ordering units or moving them doesn't do much so i have a suggestion to make it more effective if you can do enemy take more damage if hit form behind that way you make more archers and do more strategies with it, and also can make units flank or smth, very good game tho hope you continue updating

We actually implemented the system you mentioned for flanking. We even posted about it on discord. It'll be available in the next demo update in a few weeks along with many other changes.
