For windows:

In File Explorer go to:

C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\That's not my neighbor

"Name" is your username.

Delete the .save data.

if it is for Mac or Linux, you need to find the equivalent address.

And about the version, I named the files in this format a.b.c.d where "a" is the main version which is compatible, "b" is for any addons like new features or game modes, "c" is for other extras like new languages or settings and "d" is for bug fixing. So the 1.2.0.2 means, for the first version of the game it has 2 addons, zero extras and 2 solutions for bugs.

So the 1.2.0.1 has more bugs than 1.2.0.2 so yes, you should download the latest one

helloooo thank you but lowk idk what to do how do i access the save data in my files because when i download the game it downloads as an application and not the whole folder thing ??? is that supposed to happen because i swear when ive downloaded it before it downloads as an entire folder and not just the app/game so im unsure how to access the game files or data ?????? idk if im just being an idiot but thank you lol but idk how to do this
