I hope you get to read this: That feeling of disappointment is temporary and is just a small bump in the larger marathon of life. To make sure it hits home especially, that feeling in particular is trying to push you into doing more when you’re mentally/physically maxed out already.
It’s ok to expect more of yourself but don’t let that feeling consume you to the point where you shut down. Doing XXX all day happens to the best of us, and maybe that’s what you need to calm down right now. Definitely try to do more then just XXX, but don’t hate yourself if that is giving you relief at the moment <3
