Lin Ji, you need to give credit where it's due.
You did not have permission to use "Pirates Of Gensokyo"s art. Nor to use the name that represents the team who worked on it.
Pirates Of Gensokyo is an ongoing project, which we made an update for Pirates Of Gensokyo v1162020, which was updated the day of Touhou Jam 5 began.
You did not notify nor even asked for permission from the artist AJ to use his art in this project. You did not even had the courtesy to notify me about the use my background image inside the cabin.
You are not Team Magestic, everyone who is currently working on this project as well as me the original and current leader of the group. Which include:
AEON: co-writer, co-script writer, and coder, who is by the way taking a break from the project to pursue the pride jam with his own project
VividGlo: Musician, co-writer, and main script writer
Patchourisu: Who is now our main writer
AJ: Who is still making art assets on as needed basis.
You need to give credit to at the very least me, and AJ as well as directing people to the original, ongoing project into your game's description.
You need to respect the people who are working on the project, and be honest with your audience as to the nature of your game.
If you can at least credit the people who worked on the project, we might consider promoting your game as an official spin-off and direct some of our players to you. One way or another I will make sure that everyone knows who you stole this work from, because it was not given to you to use, literally nobody on Team Magestic had any idea you were going to submit this.
