Am i contacting a support the wrong way?

I know i am not supposed to ask how long it will take to respond, but i would like to know if they will respond at all. The thing is that the rule about posting about support requests says "If you still need to make a topic about a Support Request, you must include your ticket ID with your message." But i don't have one, and never gone one. My email are just unanswered for 10 days now. Maybe i did something wrong and my request did not register, and thus i got no support ticked with the ID? Or everything is fine and i just need to wait more? 

By the way, do you guys hire support members by any chance?)

You should have received an automated confirmation right away. Did you check your spam folder? If it's not there either, your mail might have been lost on the way. In that case I'm not sure what you can do.

Ah yes, you are right, it's in the spam. So i guess they received the request and i have to wait.

So, 4 weeks has passed with no sings of the answer. I wonder, how long it can take? The questions i asked are rather simple. The identifier of the case are  344972
