I know i am not supposed to ask how long it will take to respond, but i would like to know if they will respond at all. The thing is that the rule about posting about support requests says "If you still need to make a topic about a Support Request, you must include your ticket ID with your message." But i don't have one, and never gone one. My email are just unanswered for 10 days now. Maybe i did something wrong and my request did not register, and thus i got no support ticked with the ID? Or everything is fine and i just need to wait more?
By the way, do you guys hire support members by any chance?)
