I keep getting errors with Kaori after her first event. When I click on her at school, I get an error.

I hadn't realized it at the time, but after re-organizing all the files into new folders, I had forgotten to tell the game where to find said image files.
I should have it fixed within an hour so come back and re-download the game a bit later and the issue should be fixed.
