I never knew about the codes or the console commands. I just played the game and it was fine. I think I have all the titles now. Not sure as I don't know the full list :D I will probably start over since not much new stuff is coming out in the releases. Starting over seems the only way to get that sense of accomplishment out if it again until all the fixes are in place and new content comes out.
