Is there a way to aquire a Dragonkin with the slaver, the guilds or in the wild? Are they even programmed in yet? Because I searched a very long time for one and can't seem to find one.

They're in the game, but they're not listed as common anywhere. It should be possible, albeit extremely rare, to find them in the slave guild.

If you feel like delving into the files, you could add dragonkin (or any race) as a possible race for the default town.
