This was stated in the rules:
- 🛠️ Any Game Engine is allowed (Unity, Godot, GDevelop, Unreal, your own custom engine, open source libraries, etc.
- 🌐 Web Games/Builds are strongly encouraged, but downloadable games (Windows preferred) are allowed as well.
