I'm ass/U/mine-ing that a tied roll goes to the rats? After all, how can you beat a dice room with a 6?Also, What's the difference between a Swarm Roll and "making a roll".  You reduce obstacles always, but then roll on the next table after. "When a Rat takes an action", Like what? It is the only way to remove a threat, I get that. But do you always remove obstacles when you roll over the room number?. 

If a room has too many threats (and after a string of 6's, I started rolling badly and ended up with 2 threats in a room). So; Can you leave or retreat from a room ( I hope!)? If so, please tell me the threat goes away!

I’m not sure what you mean by tied roll? The number on on the die is how many obstacles your swarm needs to beat to capture the room. The swarm roll is basically an engagement roll that you roll once at the start of a room to determine your narrative position. Afterwards, your individual rats make a roll in the same way other ttrpgs ask characters to make rolls. Basically when a rat is performing something in the fiction, you make a roll to see how they do. Thats when you refer to the table in the making a roll section to see how they did. The only time you introduce a threat is during the swarm roll, which is when you enter a room for the first time.

If you read the section on swarm rolls, you’ll find it says: “ If any die is lower than your swarm’s notoriety, introduce a threat and reset your notoriety to 0”.

The threats persist, that is why it is favourable to try to reduce and remove a threat!

Tied. i mean, if your room has a threat of 4.....and you roll a 4, that's a tie. I can't see how you can reduce obsticles in a room if they are 6. The highest roll you can get on any dice is 6.

RIght, I understand what a tie is, but they aren’t used in the game. You don’t compare your roll to the room number. If you look at the ‘Making a Roll’ section, you’ll see the way the dice rolls work is by checking what the highest result in your roll is. If your highest result was a 1-3, you fail. If your highest is 4-5, it’s a partial success which means the rat gains a wound, but succeeds. This lets you remove one obstacle or reduce a threat. If you get a 6, that is a success. That means the rat succeeds and you get to remove one obstacle or reduce a threat, then pick a bonus: • Remove an extra obstacle or reduce a threat. • Gain a resource. • Reduce notoriety by 1.

Just to clarify, you don’t compare your rolls against any room or threat, you simply roll the dice and look at the table in the making a roll section. The value of the threat determines how many times you’ll need to ‘reduce’ the threat before it is dealt with permanently, and the value of a room determines how many obstacles you need to overcome.
