You gotta playtest your game on Windows inside RPG Maker MZ, then hover your mouse over the bottom right corner of your game window. The button will show when your mouse is on that area.
ok I got that to work but I don't see any effects. One is showing but just a large yellow is blocking the entire screen. Also tried increasing and reducing the intensity
