for some reason i cant find the Stabalizer in the store in game
All upgrades are stat dependent, if you cannot see it, then either your dex stat is too low or you ust started the game,

Whats weird is i have max dex, and im loop 5, i see the hand free mount but it says its locked because i dont have the stabilizer. Which is weird
