I understand your concern, but the goal of splitting them into smaller projects is to make them more accessible for developers who may only need a specific vehicle instead of buying a large pack.
Also, all models are original creations inspired by real vehicles, not direct replicas. They are designed to avoid trademark or licensing issues.
