Thanks, IT. Glad it could serve, potentially. Even had someone playtest it! Called it 'a crucible' which I'm fond of, word-wise.
Typography for interested party = ITC Galliard. One of a few fonts I've allowed myself to buy in long years. Found it ages ago when I wanted to typeset a book, doing research: all of the Library of America books are set in it and while they may hum with a degree of many-makings, the books are gorgeous, to me.
So now I simply imitate.
Treasure friendship is a direct draw from Goblin Punch's 'six alternative styles of treasure' or whatever from Arnold's 'Dungeon Checklist' article. I just turned it into a d6 table I often roll on when building out.
Dehydration stones / room is just me being obsessed with molds and those who oppose them ;)
