Thanks! A macOS version is already included in the download. After extracting the zip, you should see TrueLoveTheGame.app. Just right-click it and choose Open if macOS blocks it.  Don't have it? If it still doesn't work for you, I can create a special version just for MacOS and maybe it will work then.
