Even if the page is public and indexing is enabled, it can still take anywhere from a few hours to “who knows when” before a game actually appears in search. Itch.io doesn’t really show any progress or notification for indexing, so it can feel like it’s broken when it’s just waiting in the queue. Usually the page is still accessible through a direct link while that process is happening. If it’s been a couple of weeks with no change, then it might be worth contacting support.
