Pitch is solid, I really like the who it's not for section. One thing I wish you had delved into is how you'll assess milestones or the tool's success. Are you measuring time spent on QA, how are you measuring tech debt, and do the vibe coders you want to sample have to be experienced vibe coders or noob developers that are leveraging ai. Jumping into the granularity, or providing a resource that does so, in the pitch covers your base for people who want to know more.

yes, valid feedback! the honest answer is I don't know to a bunch of the questions. at this stage "testing Tollens" for me is mostly about finding out what it does (which changes every day, as agentically coded things often do!) - and I'm live discovering who I currently think is best for the alpha and what success measures I'm using. I'm going to need to do some manual qualifying (i.e. emailing and DMing alpha users) to figure out who should try it first, so I'm just trying to get people onto my mailing list who *might* want to try it for now.
but yes, good nudges, and definitely something that I'll need to have in place at the point we move from closed to open alpha
