3rd region? where is that? I already beat E4 twice and still cant get to snorlax lol and missing 1 lithic stone. Ive checked the mailbox near sigma, The vessel near the unown cultist, the box on i think route 45 code is in the forest, beat E4 twice and talked to the guy in saffron and I still only have 4
you have to find the 5 lithic stones and then interact with the shrine that multiple npcs speak of. i don't think there's a discord server, no. you have to progress through professor oak's quest to go past snorlax and the last lithic stone if i recall correctly. read through the comments and you'll find more detailed answers
