First off thank you so much for playing my game and leaving a comment. I hope you enjoyed the game. Sorry that you had the issues with the game loading not working. I'll have to look into that for the future. As for the items from chests they are just upgrades that are always applied they aren't usable items. So once you pick one up you get the upgrade.
