I had considered trying to either having a separate button for detaching or having it play a separate animation that would show you the trajectory of the jump ahead of time and allow you to confirm, but I ended up running into issues trying to implement the feature. Thanks for the criticism and thanks for playing!

The game was really fun to play, love the take on the theme. I like that it would cycle through the controls in a non-random manner, so it gave you time to get used to how the control scheme flipping works. The art style was also very charming. I think the music fit the game well, and it was fun. My only issue was that at times the game was very laggy, especially as more lasers were on screen. The game had a good level of challenge to it, and it stayed fun all the way through. Excellent entry!
Good game with a cool concept. The camera was hard to control at times, and some of the UI elements sometimes clipped off the screen, but overall it was a fun little game. Someone else already stated this, but I think the game definitely would've benefited from an auto-attack rather than holding down the button. Overall, good work!
Cool little game idea, it was simple and well-designed. It would be cool to incentivize using fewer blocks, either by gaining more score for using fewer blocks or by only having a limited number of blocks per level. It also would've been cool to see more block variety, like maybe ones that reverse the spin direction. Overall, great work and good luck in the jam!
Yeah sorry about the potion system being frustrating and the lack of tooltips for the potions it was my intention to add these mechanics but I ended up trying to make too many potions with the time i had allotted so some of the most important features were unfortunately left out. I greatly appreciate you playing the game and hope you have a good rest of your day.
Thanks for uploading your gameplay I appreciate the thorough playthrough despite the bugs you encountered. I had intended to add hover descriptions for the potions similar to the effects but never had the time for it. The tutorial was also meant to be a full on demo of the dungeon. I think I was just too ambitious with the project idea given the time constraint. I appreciate your playthrough and your patience despite the issues with the game. Hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
First off thank you so much for playing my game and leaving a comment. I hope you enjoyed the game. Sorry that you had the issues with the game loading not working. I'll have to look into that for the future. As for the items from chests they are just upgrades that are always applied they aren't usable items. So once you pick one up you get the upgrade. Thanks again for playing!
Thanks you so much for the detailed response. I'm glad you got some enjoyment out of playing my game. Sorry about the movement issues after reading all the comments it's definitely something I'll have to put a lot more careful thought to. Especially the part about having someone else playtest the game. Goodluck on your submission I wish you the best!
