If you mean a female version of Tails, I have thought about it before as possibly an easter egg scene like the Devil Chao and shower scenes. Although Tails' appearance wouldn't change much outside of his genitals switching.
I may end up adding a scene like that in an update in the future. 2.0.0's easter egg scene has already been decided and it will be related to the new content added in that release like the others.
