To keep it brief, the melody writing is smooth, catchy, and singable; the counterpoint and voice leading of all voices throughout the simplified orchestra interweaves so seamlessly with each other - making this feel like such a cohesive piece; the harmony is unique and intriguing; the loop as a whole is engaging and pulls me in for several repeat listens; the imagery that this evokes is one of confidence and agility in the air, which perfectly captures the vibe of Staravia; and the overall feel and style you used fits very well with the style of music in particular that accompanies the DS-era Pokemon games (gen 4 came to mind first, especially since this is when Staravia was introduced).
