Your selection to have a light-hearted and happy-sounding bouncy track would fit the well-mannered and overall happy character. I think the upbeat and fun nature of this track also supports how many people think about and remember Bulbasaur as one of the original starters and gives quite a nostalgic feeling to it as well.
