Sorry about the combat, your axe does deal damage rather than an OHKO and certain enemies in the Sewers have different stats for health and defense. The enemy makes a noise when its hit but it's way too quiet, when I go back post-jam I'll add a sound for the axe connecting to give it better feedback.
