Are you on mobile? If so, then it is due to the game not saving properly on android be default. You can enable it to save by giving it file access permissions in the settings of the app.
Also how did the crash happen?
Hmm, this hasn't happened to anyone before.
Are you on the newest version?
When creating a profile, you just need to enter a username and click create then click back on the account menu. It will take you to the start screen and you should be able to play.

thats exactly how i did it, multiple times, still won‘t save, i am on the newesr version yes
It crashed twice, i think pnce during skipping dialouge and once right after in the tut fight when i was about to attack, sadly i can‘t provide any logs and it wouldn‘t be as bad if the game would just save :/
