Man, I really loved this update — the 1-year anniversary celebration was really beautiful! I do have one question though: there’s one scene I can’t seem to trigger, which is Caitlin Lvl 5 ‘Library Sex’ (Agree to have sex with Cait during a thighjob in the library). However, whenever I sit down to study and call her over to sit on the MC’s lap, the scene doesn’t happen and it says I’ve already reached the knowledge limit.

If you've already had normal sex with her, it should trigger whenever you get her to sit on the MCs lap and study.
If that is the case, you can drop your save here, I'll have a look! (You can upload your save to any file sharing site you'd like, just make sure the link isn't set to private!).

I loaded up your save, progressed to day 388 when Cait is in the library in the afternoon.
Talk to her > Study with her > Sit on my lap ?
This should pop more dialogue that leads to the scene.
However, you may have to reload or retry a few times for it to work.
First visit - 33.3%
Second visit if not successful on the first - 50%
Third visit should be - 100%
