This is an interesting game and its well structured. Feels like Wordle for Geography basically. My only feedback is that it would be interesting to add base hints for the country or city you are trying to guess. Seeing as this is something that you could define as a daily challenge it has potential for someone to prepare the cities beforehand. While also providing others to do random tries for previous cities.
You could add a hint for the city or country by providing some trivia for it so the players feel smart when they figure it out on the first try. :)
