A very cool tower defense concept with your own unit! I really enjoyed the sound effects and the overall combat felt very satisfying.

Just my feedback and potential ideas:

- think that the drop pick zones could be more interesting if the player is just using their mouse and has a map where they choose what to do. Then you could make it a conquering game along with the tower defnese mechanics you have

- the main menu parts could use a hover effect so the player knows where they are currently interacting. Alos can you slightly shift the robot lower. Currently on my screen when I open the game his visor is right under the "Exit" button and it seems like I am hovering over the exit button :)

Very cool entry and well done on your work!

This is an interesting game and its well structured. Feels like Wordle for Geography basically. My only feedback is that it would be interesting to add base hints for the country or city you are trying to guess. Seeing as this is something that you could define as a daily challenge it has potential for someone to prepare the cities beforehand. While also providing others to do random tries for previous cities.

You could add a hint for the city or country by providing some trivia for it so the players feel smart when they figure it out on the first try. :)

Enjoyed the audio and visuals. Have no idea what to do, but it felt soothing. Its in development, but will mention some feedback what I'd do:

- add controls or make a brief 1 min tutorial in first playthrough :)
- animate the water and maybe add some fishies that swim so we can see them
- define the goal of the game

Its an interesting base for a game definetly!

it's worth 1 dollar yes
In this state I don't think its worth 1 dollar.

is it worth play, yes but take your time
I'm not really sure what the objective here is. It seems like you just touch things. Very strange.

The camera is too close. I was viewing the character head the whole time. There is no menu to leave the game and there are a lot of animations and player feedback missing. Think this is a base prototype of a game not nearly ready for something that should go on sale :). Keep at it and maybe it will be someday.

This is a full on game! Think you just need your own visuals to make it your own. Congratulations! I think I suck at the game because I died a few times and one is getting the first boss down to 60% . All in all I had fun :D .

Something I would check:

- not sure if its intentional, but the last 20 seconds no one attacked me and I just waited there for the boss to arrive. If this is intentional maybe the last 20 seconds could be some weird effects signaling that the boss is on its way?

The UX seems very good. I understood (or at least think I did) everything that needed to be done.

Wanted to critique the Katana Slash ability. At the moment it only strikes at the player facing position which feels weird. Maybe the intention is to have it that way, but think it would be more interesting if it could point in the mouse direction.

This is a really big game and project you have here! Well done! First time playing and like the overall feel of everything in the game. Its definetly a lot to take in. I didn't complete the game but can give some feedback as a newcomer to all of this. It felt overwhelming, though maybe its just due to time of day for me.

You probably have your vision already set, but my feedback is:

- a lot of items and equipment is given at the start and I'm wondering what needs to go where. Maybe it would be easier to start if you started off with one character and then the second one comes in the next town and so forth.

- from a visual point. I think your trees and the terrain that goes into the grass needs some shadows. It currently feels very flat and small chunks of shadow would elevate it greatly :)

Congrats on making this RPG. This is a very large project!

Happy to unlock fond memories! :D

Hey, thank you for playing and we agree that the current state is not something you can immerse yourself in :) . We did have some ideas on progression and persistence so the player feels like they are building towards something or growing. The current state is to verify that the gameplay loop is fun and think it has potential along with some problems like wood cutting getting repetitive and boring quickly. Something we will address and hopefully expand into a larger game at some point :)

Thank you again!

Sergeant nailed it with the feedback about the edge of the screen. Think that a cone of "firing" should be added so the cookie doesn't fire when near edges OR make the game be looped or mirrored (not sure what the term is). Basically if a crumb goes to the right and dissapears from the screen, make it appear on the left. The the mechanic isn't "crumb must not leave the scren".

Actually, thinking about it, think that it would be more entertaining if the players get more points as they shoot smaller crumbs and they slightly grow (due to moister or smtn dunno) and the points decrease with their scale. Then if the crumb gets too large it pops and you lose points.

Another thing is to pause the crumbs when you click on upgrades or blocking the upgrades so the player doesn't look into it while the crumbs are spawning. This is a problem because you are separating the players attention and breaking immersion.

Overall, its a very lovely visually appealing game! Well done and keep it up :)

Thank you for playing the game :) . Enjoyed your dancing sheep as well!

I really tried to setup everything, but ran into 3 - 4 different bugs while trying to get into the game. Was really frustrating. The arena menu just stayed open for a while and I couldn't move it so it stayed there until I closed it by clicking on one of the menus. The UX is not intuitive and very confusing. I don't think you need the Buy and Inventory parts. You should just display the tank and let the player click on the individual parts. As they click it should prompt "Buy something new" , "Select from ones that you have" . Or even better, just show everything but keep the "Buy" ones hidden unless the player clicks a checkbox to display them.

What do you think of the combat, is it boring?

Maybe it's not a game for me, but wouldn't it be more interesting if the player controlled the tank they built? Seems like you took the most fun part out and let the AI have the fun xD. Also the AI just wobbled around strangely which didn't end up being that fun imho.

A lot of work and passion went into this, that part is clear. You need to decide what exactly is fun for the player in the experienc e you are building. Then make sure that experience is entertaining. Sadly, right now it just feels frustrating :/

I think it needs a backing track to fit the mood of the game. Was confused a bit on the gameplay and got into a locked state where I had coffee and the player wanted to give me money so he wouldn't take the coffee :( . An interesting concept that currently feels a bit dry. Think the enemies or something on the main gameplay loop needs to be updated to have a more fun experience.

1) Which part was FUN?
Enjoyed the feedback of every action I did. The effects you have and the overall feel for the game is nice. It still needs a visual overhaul imho to be more cute or leaner. Currently it feels out of place somehow. Enjoyed the genetics implementation with the genes. That is very interesting and a fun mechanic.

2) Which part was FRUSTRATING?
I think you need to remove the popup texts. Every action the player does feel frustrating (at least to me). Did an action and now you block me from making another one. The bonuses, sheep events, everything that is happening as a result of my action should happen in real time and allow me to continue my actions. If I need help, then can stop and check the manual :D. No need to stop the player to tell them that there is a bonus. You can just have a vertical scroll popup that fades away on its own when the points and events happen. Basically, let the player play and not lock him out of the experience.

3) Which part was CONFUSING?

I think the game overall is confusing as you get points no matter what xD.

The overall experience of watching sheep and points is satisfying with an additional compliment that the idea is very interesting. Currently though you give the players free reign and they will get points no matter the outcome so it feels like a casino game (if that makes sense). It would be interesting to have a play be about a specific theme for example and then the audience expects something. Then the player needs to combine the sheep they have to make sure the audience is happy with the performance. You could have commentaries of the audience as bubles during the play as the player puts sheep (Do not block the player :) . Just have them as social clouds over the crowd memebers heads.) Think that would give a goal for the players imho.

Think there is potential here, keep at it and well done! :)

The web version of the game freezes after a few seconds, assuming its because LOD is doing some level part loading and just clogging up the tab memory.

After downloading the game and playing it locally I understand why it lagged on web xD. This is a very polished prototype or vertical slice of a fun game. I enjoyed the movement and combat system of the helicopter. The sound effects are also very nice. Think the background music could use a little electric guitar (my taste at least :) . Something like this Swat Kats

The UI is still in placeholder state so won't comment on that much. Found a bug:

- when you use afterburner and go into hangar, then come out. The afterburner is still running

I feel like that missles are confusing in the current state. There were a bunch of situations where I felt "ok, I'm dead thats gonna hit me", but it didn't. It should probably follow the player Y coordinate and not just go at the fired position. X and Z can go the the fired position but Y should match up the height and stay there. (assuming Y is the height). Also think the missles should explode even without impact after 3 - 5 seconds. Gives the players a means to escape.

I would add:

- follow missles - follow you for 6 seconds and explode. Can be directed back to the firing unit so they hit them (this is always fun to do)

- kamikaze ships ( they ram into you and explode )

- explosion of ships that fall from sky. The explode in the sky, but when they hit the ground it would be cool to see another explosion and then combine that mechanic if it hits a tank to also damage it.

Overall enjoyed your game :) . Very nice work!

Thank you for playing the game TWICE! It means that there is a loop here that has the potential to expand and be more fun :) . A great criticism on the wood chopping, will take a look into that and see how to improve it. I agree that it does slightly lock you out of a flow of sort because you have to click at individual points instead of having a queue that will take your inputs into consideration. Like the hold to chop or maybe even hold to charge axe and clear the tree altogether :D. Will check with the team on the best approach.

The sound effect updates are on the way and will probably be sometime this month as we get around to it. Also a fair point on the blizzard and tension, will note that.

Thank you again!

Made a survival game for sheep in the Winter Cozy 2026 Game Jam. Still doing some tweaks with the team, but hoping it will live up to  the standard of the art itself. https://ivancevic.itch.io/sheep-keeper

Very lovely art and complementary music, well done! I think I got lost 3 or 4 times. Really like the footprints to let me know I've been here before :D . Curios how long it took you to draft out the level and how difficult was it to map it out. Congrats on building this!

Hey, lovely game that uses the theme perfectly! Congrats on building this. I've got stuck on a jump on a second level (or third) not sure where the ice is right next to the jump point. Some things I'd improve upon :

  • add a sound and visual effect when the ray is hitting the ice. It could be drops of water coming down so the player knows that the reflection is doing something to the ice
  • think the jump needs some minor tweaks as it currently feels a bit off. I don't know what it is, but after playing enough Mario and other platformers there is a certain expectation I think from them :)
  • I see you used godot for this. Linking this video for future so you can add the web version of the game :)
Again, well done on use of theme and building this!

Thank you for the kind words and feedback ideas. We had similar thoughts during our brainstorm sessions. There are a bunch of ideas we want to experiment with and try. :)

The artwork is very, very good! Really like the design and overall mood of the game. Wonder where the gameplay will take you later, but if you create a visual story with this artwork it will most definetly be lovely and cozy! Well done! My only critique is for the intro music and this is probably something that was time constrained. Think that the music when the grandma recieves her present could be slightly slower. It felt like we are slowly going into her head and back in time so a slight fade and transition to another music piece would be nice. The current transition seemed very abrupt :) Congrats again on having a working introduction!

You built a very creative and fun game in this short time. The boss fight was a bit challenging and that maze section could have ended up badly xD. I assume that no music was intentional to create a sort of earie effect for the player? Effects and visuals are very good, well done and congrats!

I like the visual representation and the background music fit into the vibe. Its a peaceful fun game and congrats on building it in the provided timeframe! Some parts that might have elevated it would be a slight glow or color change of the penguins that you hit during the slide. They do follow you, but I think a visual feedback representation would be more impactful. Also the game immediatelly restarts after you do all shots. Maybe it would be more interesting if at the end of all the shots all the penguin dance with you until the player hits "Start Again". Well done again :)

Interesting puzzle that used the theme and subtheme very well. I liked the music and sound effects as they completed the game greatly. The artwork is also very lovely and cozy. Maybe it would be interesting to have the game be a sort of memory exercise in reflection. You could set it so that the player has specific triggers to view how the "sculpture" looks like. Example:

  • level starts where the player is presented with the sculpture. They analyse it and click to start sculpting
  • they have 3 additional "views" to the final structure during build
  • once they think its ready you could add an additional trigger button that could be used to "compare" or "grade" the sculpture the player built

Another approach is maybe to have the play area be already full of snow and then the player just removes those that are extra at least for more populated scenarios.

Wanted to provide some next steps in case you want to continue building this :) . Congrats on building your game and Wishing you a cozy winter as well!

Very enjoyable game and very lovely presentation of it! I enjoyed the puzzles and wnated to congratulate you on combining the theme and subtheme marvelously! Very, very creative!
Think that the stars should change the color or glow when they are snapped. In two levels the ones that snapped were right next to the ones that didn't and it was a bit hard to see which one wasn't dancing. Also some of the stars in the reflection went in to the snow and weren't visible. Maybe those could also alternate slightly in color or the reflection pond needs to be larger to accomodate all of the constelations.

The overall puzzle is very easy which goes with the cozy vibes, but I think that it could be improved if every star had a different aspect to it so that it needs to go exactly where it is supposed to based on the reflection. I realise this was not feasible for the provided timeframe, but it maybe could be something if you decide to build on this further.  Maybe it would be interesting if the constelation once it is built creates a background image of the sign that it created? Some fancy fade effect or something to reward the player for constructing it along with the line effect you created. Once again, very well done!

Thank you for the very detailed comment and constructive feedback! You hacked the game and we would have probably made it less challenging if we had more time. There are a bunch of parts that need improving, but we wanted it to be polished before adding more to it. The current fire maintenence / sheep holding conflict is where we thought the risk/reward would be interesting to see what will players decide. Granted, that currently you leave with a bittersweet feeling because the majority of the sheep freeze, but we plan on fixing this after the jam ends :) . Agree that some sort of mechanic to unfreeze the sheep or to be informed that one of them is getting restless and will probably leave is a very good point.

Think this one is one of my favorites in terms of creativity, use of the theme and sub theme. An extraordinary game with marvelous sound tracks and quite challenging puzzles! Very well done on building this and creating these puzzles in the 3 day timeframe. One thing that I did by accident while getting familiar with the controls was holding down space to see if I can jump higher and a lovely side effect occurred. The character continuously jumps around and I thought, huh wouldn't it be funny/fun if the character was jumping all the time? Combined with the soothing jumping effect I probably jumped 80% of my game time xD. Congrats on creating this!

Thank you for playing and honest feedback! Yes, we didn't have time to implement other mechanics or variations to them for some additional risk/reward factors so at some point you basically repeat the same action which can get boring quickly. After the jam we will collect all of the feedback, see how to improve it and make it more fun :)

I really like the art in this one and the overall theme of helping others. Think the game would have been elevated a lot if you added some classical piano Christmas music in the background and some sound effects. Also the things the player "can" interact would be nice to highlight so they are aware that it can be acted upon. Well done on completing this project! It has a lot of levels plus night time and day. Very well done!

This was an amazing cozy game. The visuals, the combination of everything was top notch. I did end with a weird bug on a crossroad where I couldn't place the tile. I came from the bottom side, went up then decided to circle back and wanted to go left - right, but for some reason it didn't want to let me place the tile. Realise that the restriction to place the tiles in line is to ensure that players create a full road, but maybe it could have been handled differently. By just highlighting in red the pieces that are not connected and informating player during the tutorial. All in all the music, visuals and gameplay complemented each other wonderfully in this game. Well done to everyone that worked on it!

The sudoku is phenomenal. Well done and what a wonderful combination of logic and winter vibes. Very, very creative to combine this and a wonderful execution. This can probably easily be converted into a spring and fall jam as well :D . The visual animations when you complete everything are also awesome.

Hey, nice scavanger hunt game. The visuals are cool and like that you added a sprint button since the map is slightly larger and you traverse it multiple times to find the resources. Think that it would have benefited from some sound effects when picking resources and with the popup window it would be nice that the item glows slightly. Also it seems the Y-Sort on some of the resources was broken. A weird bug kept happening for me as I talked with the NPC. If I didn't have the resources it would fade in and out, the inventory would be empty and picking up resources wouldn't work anymore. Congrats on completing your project! Maybe it needed half a day more for some polish to get it in a higher state.

You nailed the theme and sub theme with the story and the music mini game is awesome. Think it would have benefited from some feedback when the player hits one of the keys that the circles scale slightly up and down to indicate something happened. Also I felt the urge to push the player so maybe he was a bit slower than I'd liked since Pokemon, Zelda and similar games have somewhat defined the speed in these types of games. Y-Sort seems to  be slightly broken at places :D. Well done on completing as much as you did and building up that grave rebuild mini game! That was an unexpectedly nice puzzle

An interesting approach. I wonder if this would have been enhanced with you actually reading the text. Then it would slightly easier to immerse the players. Also would have liked if the fire danced/animated while it was burning. Congrats on completing your visual game!

Thank you for playing! We may have caused a lot of pressure on folks with the game since the sheep usually freeze. Once the jam ends we will probably balance it or make it easier so people can enjoy without fear of losing their sheep :)

I liked the vibes of the game and definetly feel the cozyness to it. Under the timeframe you did a wonderful job. Think if there was more time that it would have been interesting to have a "mini-game" or something when you're making the drink. Like "pouring" and slightly missing the amount of coffee thats made which ends up determining how happy the customer is in the end. Also this might just be me, but since the cat in the background is very cute it would be interesting to see that some of the customers came to it and pet it. Since a lot of the scenes are static some life or (simulated life) would probably help with the cozy vibes. Last recommendation is for the music, love the notes going of it and would have loved if you could click on it and it started some other tunes. Like spanish Christmas songs randommly or something funny :D. Please don't take anything I say negative, just trying to provide something that would in my opinion made it "more".

Well, there you go. Making me feel dumb now and wanting to go back and resolve it with 3. Well done :P

I love tycoon games and this one was phenomenal! For some reason my customers stopped coming :( before the second day. Only thing that I think would have been better was to not have the "sad" emoji when you show your customers where to sit. Think it would have been better if it was just a "ou, ok..." , then when you purchase it can be happy or more. Well done on the game overall and congrats! Think this one is one of my favorites so far.

The artwork for the game was very lovely. Background music fit the mood also very lovely. Until the end I kept having a Narnia feel with the Ice Queen and Knights :) . Think that the game could be elevated slightly if the pictures were slightly animated or if the background had some animations. I realise that even building all of this in 3 days with 2 endings is insane. Well done and congrats!

Thank you! Yes the assets are all free and the coding parts were done by us. We scoped the game low with two loops "fighting" against each other so the player has to choose what to do. Balancing the game was not feasible so we decided to try and polish as much as we can and hoped that people wouldn't get too frustrated :D

I've managed to get out! Not sure if you intendeed to use all mirrors, but I didn't find the last piece of the broken mirror and ended up completing the level without it. Not sure if this was intendeed, but you made me feel like I broke your expected outcome :D . Congratulations on testing and completing a 3D project!
