Currently, something like that is not possible to implement through mods, and there are no known mods that add this type of feature.
Even if you ask on the Discord server, you will most likely receive the same answer.
If you would like to suggest new gameplay ideas, especially NSFW-related features, those suggestions are usually only considered through the supporter channels (Patreon or SubscribeStar), where development discussions and polls sometimes take place.
Public community spaces such as this forum are generally not used for collecting NSFW gameplay suggestions.
NSFW feature suggestions made on Itch.io will not be prioritized or considered by the developer.
