That's strange. But hey, I learned my lesson, in 2.0 music will be directly in the executable (like on Android), no DLCs XD

P.S. if you open settings and switch to the "sound" tab, it should show you what exactly went wrong when loading the DLC

it always says regardless of me having or not having FSMusic.bin in the same folder as the exe :

"SOUND IS BROKEN

Check the terminal for more details on this error"

I have no clue what the terminal is so the message is not helpful :|

Cheeses fuck. Terminal/console is the cmd.exe thingy on Windows. You open it in the same folder as game, type inscryption.exe or inscryption32.exe, press enter, and the game should print its output in the console.

Additionally, if you're running the 64-bit version of the game (inscryption.exe), I'd suggest getting 32-bit one. It still runs fine on 64-bit Windows, but has less bugs, so if that's the error I'm thinking of, it will be fixed by getting 32-bit one. Otherwise, just send me whatever you see in terminal.

You'll know terminal/console works if you see game print "LET'S GET DANGEROUS" on start

"failed to initialise sound: No conversion from source format to float available"

regardless if i have the .bin file in the folder

Yep. As I said it should be fixed by using 32-bit version. And if it's not I guess I'm a fucking failure and I should go delete this game lmao

No, don't!
