This was wierd in the best way. It has a vibe of doom, but a calm, weightless doom, it's all over, death is afoot - I also saw the contours of the hand in the water, cool touch - but it's fine.  Because of this, I'm not sure of the horror angle, but the game was great nontheless. Nice job!

That was AMAZING!! I personally really don't like 2 week game jams since they trick you into thinking you have enough time to do something super cool, but they also have really cool and interesting themes so they pull me in. You really captured the feeling of being on a tight schedule. Day and nights going on and on till the deadline arrives, the feeling of having to push yourself to work because you know your project will be cool but it being so much effort to get it done.
Not only did I find the story/storytelling amazing but the visuals were incredible as well, the general vibe of the game was superb and I really liked the cutscenes within the houses, at first I didn't expect each of them to have a cutscene due to the time limit of the jam but you did amazing work.
The sound design of the bone clattering dialogue was really cool too, I found the switch to bone font pretty funny by the shadow person.
I think you also beautifully portrayed the feeling of making something genuinely amazing only to have your focus brought to other projects. Not only was the animation cool but I also found it technically impressive, I thought having the game close itself after the project was trashed was a great idea and perfectly ended the scene and the game.
The skeletons with meat still on them was spooky and I found the skeleton in the perfect hole funny. I liked the colored skulls at the gravesite after going to the houses and I loved the skeletons chilling by the sea, whether it was at the cliff or on the bench.

If it were up to me, this would take first place. Great work!

Very interesting. I don't know what the skeleton dude in the restaurant was all about. Was it unfinished? I liked the skeleton in a grave made especially for him. The skeleton looking out onto the ocean is also a very cool skeleton. Good stuff!

if you mean the one with the little hint, not unfinished! it's a hint for a totally optional thing that exists outside of the restaurant

That was... disturbing and poetic.

I don't know if it was intentional, but it made me think that ultimately we are only dead when there is no one left to keep us alive in their memories (that's what I felt observing those skeletons).

Well written, a great game and good experience!
