The binary image, 210x216
I tried several things., I tried rotating algorithms from rot1 to rot128, I tried starting decoding from 3,22 but so far I found nothing.
I think the 3,22 refers to the coordinates in the image, so probably the message starts from there, but so far I couldn't decode it.
