I think this is one of the best examples of using the theme to write for the very specific character you had in mind. The Jigglypuff in the anime certainly has two polar personalities which is conveyed remarkably strongly with these very contrasting styles. I like that you used elements of the original “Jigglypuff” song in your theme, but it genuinely sounds like an adaptation of that song that would exist in the original gameboy games if it were included. I liked imagining the angry Jigglypuff face when hearing the metal portions. Nice work and thank you for sharing!
