I'm using Android. I didn't uninstall the game and reinstalled, just updated and lost my save.

So we ran a bunch of testing across a few different versions and Android devices- we couldn’t get the issue to happen. Our saves were intact every time we upgraded. Not sure what happened with your experience but hopefully it doesn’t happen again!
