Very reminiscent of sonic, especially the brown pattern ground! I love the bright and cheerful atmosphere. I like that you can see the bubbly bottom of the waterfall, but it looks off when we don't see the water that it's colliding with. Adding just a little bit of blue at the bottom on either side would add some more cohesion on that part. For the tree, I understand that the transparency of the leaves allows you to see the branches, but since you didn't utilize much transparency in other areas, I think it would make more sense to stay consistent with solid green leaves and you can have the branches start lower if you want them to be visible.
