I really love the idea (made me think of Sid Meir's Pirates). Fun concept but I never managed to bring back the ice (it was melting incredibly fast). I don't know if it's possible to fix this because I'd love to explore the game more.
If people are playing the game in the browser, make sure you go full screen since important gameplay elements might remain offscreen.
