Hey, thank you for playing and we agree that the current state is not something you can immerse yourself in :) . We did have some ideas on progression and persistence so the player feels like they are building towards something or growing. The current state is to verify that the gameplay loop is fun and think it has potential along with some problems like wood cutting getting repetitive and boring quickly. Something we will address and hopefully expand into a larger game at some point :)
