Dr., is it really impossible that there could be any pregnancy content in version 1.9?

Pregnancy will come in due time, and yes, it will be done. Endings are being reworked to try and re-implement them in 1.9 so if time allows for some pregnancy to be done, it will be done, but if not, it'll have to wait.
