Guess it might be a visual bug then, I did as you said prior to posting, the status stayed at liked even after doing a total reset and selecting all the relevant options. Just a minor error in the end is my guess, still saw what I'm assuming is the good ending (FWB).
The good end is where they get inside the bathroom get naughty, so if you got that you are fine. The good end plays for the last two stages of affection, meaning likes and adores.
